Humor Me … GOOGLE me!
I think it was just a week ago when I learned about some message board where my name was FULLY printed, some person who “flamed” about me. Really, I didn’t know how to react, but, at some point, it kinda makes you think that there will always be people who wants to take you down. They don’t realize that with that kind of attitude, they will never be successful in any call centers.

The Truth about Motivation
If you look at the word motivation carefully, you will notice that it starts with “mo” and ends with “tion.” And if we combine them, we get the word “motion.” The root word of motivation is motion so it is closely related to actions. On the other hand, another root word of motivation also comes from two words; ”motive” and “’action”. In a broader sense, we can conclude that people with strong motivation will move, take actions and do a real work to reach what they want.
